tom clark by ted berrigan
bought by kevin killian and given to hoa and dale. didn't that poem make a difference to the way one felt about Tom Clark
too? I remember at the time his rep at New College was in question for
various reasons, and this poem, incredibly, seemed to call out any
misgivings I (we?) may have had about him. As if it was meant to be
found in that book for just such a purpose.
